ARTFUL LIVING FEATURING ARTIST GARY G. MUSTO

Step into history and experience a month-long celebration of art as The Mariner proudly hosts local artist, auctioneer and internationally recognized fine art expert Gary G. Musto throughout the month of July.

Born with a passion for art and inspired by summers spent on Harsens Island and Michigan’s waterways, Gary’s artistic journey has taken him around the world—from gallery management and fine art consulting to becoming one of the first professional Art Auctioneers at Sea, conducting auctions aboard international cruise lines.

Today, Gary and his wife call Marine City home, where he continues creating vibrant and collectible works inspired by the St. Clair River Valley, Great Lakes, and life on the water.

His featured collections explore themes of:

In, On, Over & Under the Waters
Great Lakes and river life
Russell Island cottages and landscapes
Bright, positive and highly collectible imagery inspired by Michigan waterways

Join us throughout July to view and purchase original artwork while experiencing the unique atmosphere of The Mariner, a historic 1927 theater transformed into an eclectic destination for shopping, culture and creativity.

Exhibition Dates:
Throughout July 2026

Opening reception July 3rd at 6:30 pm.  RSVP HERE!

Discover art. Meet the artist. Celebrate creativity inspired by the waterways we call home.
